Village house with heated pool and garden

  • FR9PMECX - Village house located 15 minutes by bike from the first beaches, composed of a central building with a large kitchen-dining room, large living room, 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom on ground floor with shower room and separate WC, 3 bedrooms upstairs with 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 1 wc)
    An additional studio, opposite the main building, with a double bed on the mezzanine, a single sofa bed and 2 bunk beds, a bathroom and wc.
    The summer lounge has a large dining table, so you can enjoy the sunny days early.

    Old house completely renovated with all comforts: central heating, working fireplace (wood provided) and Wifi.
    It has very beautiful volumes, large rooms including a 60m2 living room, a kitchen-dining table welcoming 12 to 14 people.
    The house is totally suitable for large families or groups allowing everyone to have their space. The rooms are 20mÂČ each.

    The Village: a bakery and an excellent butcher's shop 2 steps from the house, a covered market open every day of the year 5 mins walk from the house and a small supermarket 5 mins walk.

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz innen wie außen fĂŒr alle Mitreisenden (in unserem Fall 3 Familien mit insgesamt 13 Personen).Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, die KĂŒche sofort voll nutzbar.Außerdem auf jeden Fall erwĂ€hnenswert: der schöne Pool mit zahlreichen Liegen.Das Haus liegt an der sehr viel befahrenen Route National, wovon man im Innenhof kaum noch etwas merkt (allerdings in den im OG liegenden Schlafzimmern; empfindliche Personen sollten bei geschlossenen Fenstern schlafen; uns hat es nicht weiter gestört).Der BĂ€cker befindet sich genau gegenĂŒber, 300m entfernt die Markthalle und 400m zum Supermarkt.Wir waren höchst zufrieden mit allem und können den Aufenthalt wĂ€rmstens empfehlen.

Ein sehr schönes Anwesen

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Besonders der Pool und das Atrium. Wir haben es sehr genossen dort zu sein. Als unzureichend empfanden wir das schlechte Internet und das 4 WC war leider abgesperrt. FĂŒr eine 14-köpfige Gruppe manchmal schwierig.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent moment dans cette magnifique maison. Jean et Elisabeth sont des hĂŽtes fantastiques qui occupent eux-mĂȘmes la maison hors saison. Nous nous sommes sentis trĂšs Ă  l'aise Ă  tout moment. La maison est Ă©quipĂ©e de tout ce dont on a besoin pour des vacances en famille (nous Ă©tions 8 personnes) et offre beaucoup d'espace Ă  l'intĂ©rieur comme Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. Elle est amĂ©nagĂ©e individuellement et avec goĂ»t. Nous avons profitĂ© de la nouvelle piscine pendant la journĂ©e et avons passĂ© de superbes soirĂ©es dans la magnifique cour intĂ©rieure. L'emplacement est top, nous pouvions aller Ă  pied au marchĂ© quotidien, au supermarchĂ© et Ă  la boulangerie, mais c'Ă©tait quand mĂȘme trĂšs calme. Nous y retournerions Ă  tout moment. Merci beaucoup Ă  Elisabeth et Jean !

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs belle semaine entre amis dans cette maison , elle est parfaite pour une semaine de vacances , la piscine chauffĂ©e est particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ©e. La maison est idĂ©alement placĂ©e sur l’üle et permet aisĂ©ment d’aller sur les plages ouest et Est. Les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs accessibles et sympathiques ! A prĂ©voir peut ĂȘtre une douche Ă  la piscine pour pouvoir se rincer mais ce n’est qu un dĂ©tail .

Nous avons passĂ© des vacances formidables dans cette trĂšs jolie maison. Elle est idĂ©alement situĂ©e ( au Nord , proche des plages en vĂ©lo tout en Ă©tant au cƓur d’un village : boulangerie , boucherie , marchĂ© couvert et autres sont Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied Max.). Au delĂ  de l’emplacement, c’est une maison oĂč l’on se sent comme Ă  chez soi , extrĂȘmement bien Ă©quipĂ©e . TrĂšs agrĂ©able quand il pleut et que le temps contraint Ă  rester en intĂ©rieur . D’autant plus que la bibliothĂšque a ravi petits et grands ! Enfin , nos hĂŽtes ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©actifs pour nos diverses questions et trĂšs attentionnĂ©s . En somme , nous recommandons pleinement cette maison pour passer de belles vacances en famille ou Ă  plusieurs !

AprĂšs une semaine d’aoĂ»t trĂšs ensoleillĂ©e, avec 6 adultes et 5 enfants, nous pouvons dire que la maison d’Élisabeth et Jean est trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre. Nous nous y sommes sentis trĂšs Ă  l’aise avec 4 salles d’eau et 3 toilettes. La literie est de qualitĂ©, le fait que le linge de lit et de toilettes soit fourni est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable. Le patio (partie abritĂ©e et partie ombragĂ©e) est trĂšs sympa. Plusieurs espaces terrasses dehors qui permettent de profiter de l’extĂ©rieur en toutes circonstances. Cuisine et arriĂšre cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©es et spacieuses. 3 places de stationnement. Boucher, boulangerie, restaurant (Le Breuil) trĂšs bien juste en face. PropriĂ©taires disponibles et trĂšs Ă  l’écoute en cas de besoin. Nous vous conseillons la location sans hĂ©sitation.

hÎtes sympas, bon emplacement, décor de bon goût

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse a Chéray. l'emplacement est parfait. Le boulanger est situé dans la rue voisine et le marché se trouve à quelques minutes de marche. La promenade à la belle plage n'était pas loin avec le vélo. la vieille maison est restaurée avec soin et meublé avec goût. nous n'avons rien manqué. Nous recommandons volontiers cette maison avec ses sympathiques propriétaires. merci beaucoup à jean et elisabeth
