Welcome to Villa Canopée!

Ideally located on a dune in a quiet area in the small village of Chaucre in the town of St Georges d'Oléron, our modern house welcomes you for a comfortable stay just 200 metres from the ocean. Accommodating up to 8 people, it is perfect for holidays with family or friends.

As soon as you enter, you will be seduced by the bright volumes and the carefully arranged spaces. The large living room includes a comfortable living room and a convivial dining room, open to the outside thanks to large bay windows.

Our house is on 2 levels: the ground floor is dedicated mainly to the bedroom area and TV lounge, upstairs, you will find the common areas and a master suite.

The fully fitted kitchen is functional and equipped to meet all your needs. A pantry completes the space for more practicality.

Our house has 4 welcoming bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, allowing everyone to enjoy their privacy. Each room has been designed to combine comfort, modernity and elegance.

Outside, a large terrace invites you to relax with its garden furniture, deckchairs and parasols. The heated swimming pool will allow you to take full advantage of the sunny days, from morning to evening.

Between sea and tranquility, our house is a real bubble of serenity just a stone's throw from the beach. Enjoy an exceptional natural setting and top-of-the-range services for an unforgettable stay.

LINEN: for your comfort, household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats) is provided (7-night stays), allowing you to travel lighter and enjoy your holiday to the fullest as soon as you arrive. Below 7 nights, you can rent linen directly from our concierge (30€ per pair).

PARKING: 2 parking spaces in the property

PETS: one small pet (-10kg) is allowed, an additional deposit will be requested on arrival in the amount of 200 euros.

Parties are not allowed.

Arrivals and departures in High Season are from Friday to Friday

Rates vary depending on the season: Off-season basis between 1,750 and 2,500 euros per week and High Season between 2,500 and 4,000 euros per week. The tourist tax is applicable throughout the year from 01 January 2024. It is based on the real regime.
A certificate of civil third-party insurance will be required.
