Small, renovated 1-star house in St Georges de Didonne, accommodating up to 5 people, with a terrace and garden. The house features an entrance hall with large closets leading to a separate toilet, a bathroom with storage and a washing machine, an open-plan fitted kitchen (dishwasher, small refrigerator, microwave, oven/grill, 2-burner ceramic hob, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a dining area with a table and chairs, and a living room with a decorative fireplace (sofa bed, TV unit with flat-screen TV), opening onto a terrace (garden table and chairs, sun loungers) and garden to enjoy sunny days. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with a single bed (120cm), and a bright bedroom with a chest of drawers and a double bed (140cm). For parking, you can safely park your vehicle in front of the house.
Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are not provided – these can be ordered on request.
Cleaning service is available on request; otherwise, a separate cleaning deposit will be required. A €500 security deposit is required and must be paid via the SWIKLY link that will be sent to you.

Pets are not allowed.
