It offers you an entrance, a living room with a sofa bed RAPIDO system in 140cm and a flat screen TV + DVD player, an open kitchen where you can concoct and take your meals. Everything you need: 3 burner induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle...
Its night part with a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a closet/closet, as well as a bathroom with washing machine and an independent toilet.
Relax on its large balcony of 12m² with a south-west exposure !
The + : a private parking space and a secure common room for bicycles within the residence!
