    Ideally located on the cornice between the beaches of Royan 300 m and St Georges, close to shops city centre (8 minutes walk) ..
    1 single bedroom and 1 mezzanine.
    Quiet and peaceful stay with family.


    * Small bright and clear house that will seduce you without any doubt.
    * Beautiful living room with sofa bed and TV ..
    The window is equipped with an anti-insect rolling blind.
    Kitchen side: Fully equipped kitchen.
    You will find everything you need for a smooth stay.
    Induction hob 3 burners, 1 large fridge with freezing compartment, pressure cooker, grill pan, electric kettle, toaster, sodastream (bring your gas refill), microwaves, microwavable boxes, chopping boards, crockery and cutlery.
    Electric plancha for the outside.
    Room side:
    New bedding, comfortable mattresses
    Bedroom 1: 1 double bed 140
    Bedroom 2: Mezzanine, ceiling height 1.20 m, 2 beds 80 separable or collapsible.
    (ground floor sofa bed 140)
    Pillows and mattresses are provided with protective covers.
    The quilts provided dressed cover cover bed role, you bring your sheets and duvet covers.
    The bathroom linen is not provided.
    SDB side: Bathroom with shower and sink.
    Washing machine porthole.
    The window is equipped with an anti-insect veil.
    Terrace side: A garden furniture, 4 armchairs 2 chairs, 2 moon chairs, 2 chairs.
    2 beach umbrellas and 4 mats.
    Vacuum cleaner, drying rack.
    2 bicycles folding 3 speeds, available on request (for the sum of 50 € the 2 per week).

    * ACCESS: The house is at your disposal with private parking located a few metres.
    The flowered terrace welcomes you to share your meals outdoors.

    * HOME: A booklet containing all the information necessary for the smooth running of your stay is available in the house.
    * INTERNAL RULES:
    No smoking
    Not suitable for animals
    No party or evening
    Not suitable for babies (under 2 years), the mezzanine is not suitable for children's beds.
    Baby accepted sleeping possible in the main room, (it's your choice).
    The entrance to the premises is between 12:00 and 15:00
    No noise after 10 pm
    Optional cleaning fee, 80 €

    * CONTRACT: A rental agreement will be established and sent after reservation.

    * DEPOSIT: a check for an amount of 700 € will be requested upon booking, mentioned on the rental agreement, it will not be cashed.
    Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. The house must be left clean, (optional cleaning cost € 80).
    The equipment at your disposal must be returned in good condition.
    Thank you to report any breakage or deterioration.

Logement bien situé dans une résidence calme. Literie confortable pour la chambre au RDC. Notre hôte a été très réactive suite à une panne de la plaque chauffante.Néanmoins nous avons ressenti une pression importante pour réaliser un ménage digne d'une gouvernante... Il serait bien que le ménage soit inclus dans le prix pour éviter toute mauvaise surprise.

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour nous avons été très bien accueilli par Eliane la propriétaire elle nous a bien renseigné a notre arrivée et restait disponible si besoin, la petite maison est très bien équipée et au calme dans une résidence La région est vraiment top cela nous a fait plaisir d'y retourner proches toutes commodités, nous avons déjà hâte d'être a l'année prochaine pour revenir (plus longtemps !!)Un coupleUn adolescent

Je recommande !

Petite maison bien située, très optimisée en équipement par rapport à la surface. Propriétaire gentille et disponible si besoin. Nous avons séjourné avec mon mari une enfant de 5 ans et un bébé. L'escalier de la mezzanine est raide mais c'était signalé et cela.n'a.pas été un problème. Superbe vue sur la mer à 2 min.

Très bon séjour à Saint Georges dans un logement très fonctionnel et très bien situé. Les plages sont accessibles à pied depuis le logement comme les principaux commerces.

Séjour tranquille et reposant avec la visite des alentours à vélos grâce aux pistes cyclables très bien aménagées. Location à recommander pour les amateurs de tranquillité. Propriétaire très accueillante et dans l échange.

Belles vacances dans cette maisonnette. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire. Très bien équipé côté maison. A deux pas de Royan ou de saint Georges. Hâte de revenir.

Situation idéale, proche de tout

Agréable séjour dans un logement parfaitement équipé et proche du centre ville et des plages. Vacances aussi pour la voiture tranquille au parking durant 15 jours. La propriétaire est très à l'écoute de ses hôtes nous recommandons vivement ce meublé de tourisme.

Très bon séjour

Location conforme aux attentes, très bon contact avec Eliane ( la propriétaire ) , L'isolation récente de cette propriété permet d'obtenir un très bon confort de vie. Le petit espace privatif devant la maison est bien isolé des voisins. Les alentours sont très calmes.

Location excellente sous tous rapports.

Bien idéalement situé permettant de rejoindre à pied la plage (200 m) et le centre ville commerçant. Intérieur très propre et bien équipé. Emplacement très calme avec parking privatif.
