"My wife, 2 dogs and I had a great stay at this vacation home in the Dordogne region. The location of the rental is central to several excellent wineries and nearby cities. The local market is walking distance to the property and they sell fresh clams on the weekends. The property does offer a sauna and hot tub which are nice and the hosts were very attentive to our needs. There was an issue with a barking dog next store but this was quickly resolved. "An amazingly beautiful property and building. I can not say enough how wonderful our stay was and how caring the staff were. If I have to be picky, I do wish they had a fridge in the rooms or one that could be used by the guests in the kitchen (this is helpful if you are traveling with babies or small children). However, everything else was fantastic! Please also note that they close the pool at 6 pm."

"It seems that there is rarely someone at the reception desk after 18:00...therefore, there was no one ask for information on things. Also there was no ice machine at the hotel. With that said, overall we liked the place, and are likely to return. Lovely location, impressive entrance, with a huge vineyard in the backyard, right in the middle of the "road of many chateaus". The room, along with the bathroom were both very spacious, with King-sized bed, high-quality mattress and pillows. The breakfast was excellent quality too."

"The property is in a great location, close to the beach and only about 20 minutes walk from the center of town. The apartments are well equipped, functional though small. The pool area and surrounding woodland area is lovely. Staff are friendly and helpful."
