GITE "LES CHEVREUILS" IN THE HEART OF PERIGORD NOIR
Our Gîte "Les Chevreuils" is a pretty dry stone house, which was originally the dwelling house of the entire Boudines farm. It was completely renovated in 2022.
Perhaps you will meet these magnificent deer, to whom we pay homage with the name of our gîte "Les Chevreuils"!
Spacious and very bright house thanks to its many openings.
Large living room, with lounge and kitchen-dining room opening onto a wooden terrace overlooking the valley.
Upstairs, 2 beautiful bedrooms: one called "parental" with a 160x200 cm bed, and the second with 2 separate 90x200 beds that can be pushed together to make a 180x200 cm bed.
A bathroom with toilet.
High-end heating and air conditioning system, with 1 split in each bedroom.
Beautiful ""perched"" wooden terrace accessible from the main room of the house where you can have your meals, and large terrace with deckchairs for relaxing!
Access to our beautiful double infinity pool (renovated early 2022!).
Possibility to accommodate up to 4 people.
