"Hotel was extremely well located. Staff was super helpful with all aspects from lost luggage to recommendations. And the receptionist doubled as the bartender! Rooms are very clean and had plenty of space to unpack. No extra room to lounge in room, but that is standard for many European hotels and the bar and breakfast areas downstairs were good options. Bathrooms modern and worked well. This worked great for our group!"

"The perfect location. We walked or took the metro everywhere. The staff were amazing great communication from the moment we booked they were very accommodating when we arrived early in the am from London they had our room all ready so we could head out and enjoy the sites. Enjoyed the afternoon free wine tasting !"

"I’m not certain that I would stay at this hotel again, or recommend it. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, the property to be very clean, the provided breakfast to be adequate,and the hotel to be centrally located. However, I was surprised by how tiny my room was, given its price. In addition, there was no hot water on either of the days that I stayed at the hotel and the elevator, although working, often took a long time to reach me on the sixth floor."

"For $941 a night in a small room, the Hotel Madison is way overpriced for what it is. It’s a 4 star hotel with no gym and no spa. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows are terrible. When I asked, they said they didn’t have a mattress pad or a pillow menu. This was the 3rd time I had stayed at the Madison and it had been recently renovated. All they seemed to do is squeeze in some more rooms and stretch fabric over the walls to give the impression of wallpaper. The only thing the Madison has going for it is a Blvd St Germain address."
