Welcome to our charming cottage in the heart of Bresse!

INTERIOR:
As soon as you enter, you will be welcomed by a warm and friendly living room. It consists of a cosy LIVING ROOM with an open KITCHEN, with a dining table for 6 people.
The LOUNGE area, delimited by a large carpet, is fitted out with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a TV cabinet with television, as well as a French window offering direct access to the GARDEN.
The KITCHEN, laid out lengthwise, is fully equipped, allowing you to concoct your dishes as you wish.
Adjoining the kitchen, the specificity of this accommodation: an indoor SWIMMING POOL, ideal for moments of relaxation in all seasons. This space also includes:
* A separate toilet
* A LAUNDRY ROOM, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, shower tray, vanity unit with mirror, as well as everything necessary for the maintenance of the accommodation.
* A pleasant LOUNGE area to relax, with a breathtaking view of the countryside thanks to the large bay windows, which flood the space with natural light.
From the kitchen, a staircase leads to the ground floor, where you will discover three bedrooms, a separate toilet, as well as a SHOWER ROOM.
THE FIRST BEDROOM, known as the master bedroom, is equipped with A QUEEN SIZE BED, two bedside tables with lamps, as well as a dressing closet to store your belongings.
