Spacious and quiet, but lacks some basic items

This rental is good for those who need or want a peaceful getaway. The kitchen is a large room and has a full-sized refrigerator with freezer compartment. It has room in the center for a picnic table and benches for breakfast, plus there is a separate dining room. There are three nice bedrooms and one bath upstairs, but the bedroom and bath (shower room) downstairs have surprising omissions. The tiny shower room with sink (the toilet is in a separate compartment) has no mirror and no electric outlet (so no way to use a shaver or hairdryer), and the bedroom, besides having no closet or armoire, has not so much as a single hook for hanging clothes.

Magnifique séjour

Malgré une météo capricieuse, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, entre visites de châteaux et dégustations de vins. Le gîte est très bien équipé et idéalement situé, au milieu des vignes mais proches des sites touristiques de la région. Le propriétaire nous a fait découvrir son vignoble et raconté l’histoire de ses ancêtres. Toute la famille était ravie de son séjour !

Séjour très agréable en Tourraine

Super séjour au petit Thouars. Nous voyagions en famille (à 4) mais la propriété est grande donc nous reviendrons avec plaisir avec des amis! Magnifique région et emplacement central pour visiter Chinon, Saumur, etc.

Séjour agréable au cœur des vignes

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable . La maison est spacieuse parfaite pour une grande famille et très bien située pour visiter la région riche en monuments historiques. Le propriétaire nous a fait visiter son domaine viticole avec dégustation . Le lieu est calme et reposant sympathique pour des ballades bucoliques

Das Haus war sehr schmutzig und voll von Dreck. Die Toilettenspülung im Erdgeschoss defekt. Das Doppelbett ist eingekracht, da das Lattenrost zu klein ist. Die Vorhänge schmutzig und voller Spinnendreck. Sehr enttäuscht über Fewo und Vermieter, da keine Reaktion zu unserer Beschwerde mit Bildern.

Beautiful location, comfortable house with wonderful views and lovely hosts!

We had a wonderful stay! Booking was incredibly straight forward, D'Arcy was very quick and helpful to answer any questions we had prior to booking. We arrived at the property - set in very beautiful grounds - and Sebastien was very welcoming and friendly. The farmhouse was comfortable and the setting just beautiful - we hope to get back there sometime!
