Saint-Gervais Hotels

"La piscine était très bien entretenue et les enfants l’adoraient; les personnel était très gentil, mais certaines installations « avaient un peu besoin d’amour ». Je donnerais 4 étoiles à cet hôtel dans son ensemble. Toutefois, je n’irais pas en plein été, puisque la chambre se réchauffe vite et que la ventilation est bruyante comme dans un complexe industriel. Le sommeil est difficile à retrouver quand le « cool » part en plein nuit."

"Great stay in the heart of Quebec City We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Le Concorde. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated to explore everything Quebec City has to offer. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the rooms were well-appointed, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The views of the city and the river were absolutely stunning and really elevated the experience. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The beautiful river view and green area in front of hotel beside location, if you are interested to walk and explore the city."

"Staff was not helpful at all and very snobby / cold. The bathroom sink was unclean when entered the room. Amenities are limited. Indoor garage is falling apart and does not have enough space to accommodate all Guests. Lastly we booked it under false advertisement that breakfast was included. The hotel does not even have its own kitchen! When this was addressed at the front desk we got a simple response « oh it must have been an error in the booking ». That’s a HUGE error when you are booking a hotel! Noisy, with kids running up and down at night the emergency stairways,and staff did not respond! Never ever booking there again"
