Perfect for holidays with family or friends, we offer you in Saint-Gervais this 2-rooms apartment of 29m² that can accomodate up to 4 people.
This studio is located on the 2nd floor and offers you a South exposure. Its balcony allow you to enjoy the beautiful view offered on Mont-Blanc.

The studio is composed of :

- Entrance with bunk bed sleeping area (70/180)
- Bed room with double bed (140/180)
- living room with dining area sofa convertible bed (140/180) and TV
- Kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, raclette and fondue machine.
- Bathroom with bathub, towel, dryer, Hairdryer, sink unit and toilet.
- Balcony with table and chairs

Additional equipments : non-private outdoor parking, ski locker, swimming pool and tennis field in summer and shuttle in winter. No pets allowed.
