In an exceptional and quiet facing Mont Blanc at 1000 m altitude between Saint Gervais and Saint Nicolas de Véroce, 2 km from the ski lifts and direct access from Paris by TGV and freeway, family apartment luxury 50 m2 brand new, for 4 people (ideally for a couple and two children), located on the ground floor of a large new chalet with wooden terrace facing south-east and view of the Mont Blanc massif.

A living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, directly overlooking the terrace,
A room with a double bed (140x190) with private shower room (Italian shower, 1 washbasin and WC)
A separate night area with two bunk beds and ensuite bathroom including an Italian shower and sink,

Apartment strict NO SMOKING and do not pet friendly.
Ski: Access to the ski resort of Megeve Saint Gervais Saint Nicolas de Véroce at a place called 'the Chattrix'. Panoramic views of the entire Mont Blanc massif.
Also access to the ski area 'Prarion - Les Houches' from the TMB (Tramway du Mont Blanc).

Très bon accueil. Location spacieuse, très confortable, silence et repos pleinement assuré, magnifique vue sur le massif du Mont-Blanc. Précieuses informations communiquées par les propriétaires concernant la découverte de la région, aussi, les multiples randonnées.

Parfaitement conforme !

Le chalet correspond absolument en tous points au descriptif. Il est parfaitement situe, parfaitement équipé, très confortable, extrêmement calme. Peut être un canapé plus grand permettrait d’être parfaitement a l'aise. Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants, nous nous sommes régalés et reviendrons avec plaisir ! Une adresse a recommander tout a fait !
