  • Located in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains at 1,000 meters altitude, this spacious 120 m² chalet offers you an exceptional setting facing the Mont-Blanc range. Perfect for mountain lovers, it is just 5 minutes from the cable car and a 10-minute drive from the ski area.



    Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests, the property features 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed). The living spaces include a cozy lounge with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a bathroom.



    For your comfort, the chalet provides high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, TV, washing machine, as well as books and games for children. Bed linen and towels are included.



    Outside, enjoy a private garden, balcony, covered and open-air terraces, and on-site private parking. For absolute relaxation with mountain views, a jacuzzi is available on request for an extra fee. Your four-legged friends are welcome for an extra fee. A public transport stop is just 20 meters away.
