  • A 47 m² apartment on the ground floor of our house in the small hamlet of Bionnay, located next to our farm.
    One bedroom with a double bed.
    One bedroom with bunk beds.
    A bathroom with a shower.
    A separate toilet.
    A fully equipped kitchen.
    A bright living room with a BZ (double bed).
    A small outdoor area with a garden table.
    One parking space.
    Located 10 minutes by car from the ski lifts and the nearest shops.
    We are 15 minutes from the slopes at Les Contamines-Mont-Joie, 30 minutes from Chamonix, and 20 minutes from Megève.

Charming and quiet

The place is super clean and cute. It’s perfect for a couple of people. Sandrine was very kind and helpful. It is located in Bionnay and not in Saint Gervais as the map shows. It has all the basic things needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you Sandrine.

Joli appartement en rez de chaussée avec table en bois à l’extérieur parfaite pour les repas avec jolie vue sur les montagnes. Très bien équipé, confortable, moderne et propre. Propriétaire très sympathique et réactive. Je recommande !

Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous chez Sandrine. Le logement était parfait pour 4 personnes, très propre avec tout le confort. À 30 mm de Chamonix, parfait pour aller randonner ou voir la mer de glace. Sandrine a été réactive à nos messages.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor een weekje skiën.

Het huis is compact, groot genoeg voor een gezin van 5. Echt alles aanwezig tot handdoeken en beddengoed toe. Goed verzorgd. Afstand tot de piste is max. 10 min. rijden. Bedankt Sandrine.

Bel apartement bien equippé dans un chalet paisible

Sandrine e été très sumoa, le chalet est parfait, aucun bruit juste a 50 metres de la RN. On va surement revenir

verdure et calme

Location très pratique pour 4 personnes :assez de place pour chacun. Nous avons très apprécié le linge de maison fourni et les produits ménagers déjà sur place. La location est un peu éloignée de la route principale ,ce qui permet d'être au calme. Les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été très amicaux . Merci pour ces quelques jours de dépaysement !
