Au bord du Golfe du Morbihan, l'une des plus belles baies du Monde, vous serez surpris par le micro-climat d'une douceur exceptionnelle. Ici, vous vous sentirez bien et passerez un séjour inoubliable ! Idéalement situé, vous êtes tout proche à pied de la plage.
Maison de vacances de bord de mer pour 11 personnes maxi (GR 34 à 100 m) avec piscine au calme, c'est la maison des propriétaires, avec entrée et parking privés avec portail et clôture complète. D'une superficie de 130 m², cette maison dispose de 6 chambres, 2 salles de bain et du WiFi.
Pièces de vie avec une grande cuisine équipée, grand espace repas et grand salon lumineux. Au rez de chaussée, une chambre de 2 personnes (lit 160x200) salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne et wc à part. Avec une petite vue sur la mer de la fenêtre, et des grandes baies face à la piscine.
A l'étage les autres chambres (2 chambres avec lit de 160 + 1 lit de 140 + 1 chambre enfant avec 3 lits de 90. L'accès à la chambre enfant se fait par une première chambre) avec vue sur la mer.
À l'extérieur, terrasses privées orientées sud et sud ouest (coucher de soleil le soir, préparez vos appareils à photos). Vous profiterez également d'un jardin privatif, idéal pour les familles. Une chaise haute est à disposition pour les tout-petits. Un lave-linge est également disponible.
Piscine ouverte de juin à fin septembre toute la journée et de juillet à août de 11h00 à 19h00 (en commun avec un gîte pour 2 personnes en annexe de la maison).
