Please note: only the ground floor of the house is rented. The ground floor is not included in the rental, and can be occupied occasionally by the family, with whom you will share the garage.

A tourist tax will be paid on your arrival, the amount is set by the municipality per night and per adult.

The accommodation has two bedrooms, ideal for a family, or two couples with two children:
—> A bedroom with a queen size bed of 160*200 and a dressing room with hangers and shelves
—> A second bedroom with a double bed of 140*200, a dressing room and a bunk bed (2 beds of 90*200)

The new kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary crockery and utensils.

The entrance to the accommodation is private, only the garage (where the washing machine is located) can be shared if the upper accommodation is occupied.

The terrace, with a view of the ocean, will be occupied only by you.
