The other wing comprises, on the ground floor: a second bedroom (one queen-size bed (150cm)) with a wardrobe (shelves and hanging space) and a chest of drawers, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs: a third bedroom (one double bed (140cm)) with a chest of drawers, and a fourth bedroom (two single beds (90cm)) with a wardrobe (shelves) and a clothes rack.

Utility room (refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, and tumble dryer).
