Villa Nymphéa - maison avec piscine chauffée St Gildas de Rhuys

Cocoonr offers you this charming, modernly decorated house to rent in Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys. Villa Nymphea can easily accommodate 8 people. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto the dining room and lounge area, which is isolated by a glass roof, as well as a bedroom with en suite shower room. Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms with double beds, plus a spacious bathroom (bath and shower) with double basins.

Villa Nymphea is the ideal place to meet and share memorable moments on the Rhuys peninsula.

The accommodation consists of :

- A living room of 40 mÂČ with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), wifi
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Four bedrooms with 3 double beds (140,190) and 1 queen-size bed (160,200). Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* quality hotel linen is provided (sheets, towels, kitchen towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath for one and shower for the other one
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort : plancha, laundry machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :

- A swimming pool (private, heated according to weather conditions), swimming pool open from June 1st until the end of September.
- A beautiful garden of 300 mÂČ + terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Small plus: outdoor kitchen area with its plancha.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Gildas-de-rhuys, in a very pleasant environment. You will enjoy being close to all the essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, farmers market...

Wunderschöne, ruhige und sehr saubere Unterkunft.

Wo soll ich nur anfangen? Das Haus ist nach allen Kriterien, mit einer sehr guten Note zu bewerten. Wir fĂŒhlten uns die ganze Zeit des Aufenthalts sehr wohl. Von Seite des Vermieters ist alles positiv zu sehen, sehr gute Kommunikation. Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Zur allerletzt, darf ich nicht vergessen den tollen Pool zu erwĂ€hnen. Der Pool ist wirklich eine zusĂ€tzlich schöne Sache, der natĂŒrlich TOP ist. WennÂŽs regnet gibt es eine Art schutz fĂŒr den Pool. Das Werkzeug fĂŒr die Reinigung des Pools steht in der Garage. Habe es tĂ€glich benutzt. Nur eine kleine Sache, wir waren zu 3 und es gab nur 2 Sonnenliegen. Also eine Sonnenliege von zuhause mittnehmen. Sonnst gibt es nichts zu meckern. Zimmer sind sehr sauber ind die Matratzen in den Betten auch, was fĂŒr mich sehr wichtig ist. Die Kaution von 400€ wurde natĂŒrlich vom Vermieter pĂŒnktlich zurĂŒckgezahlt. Alles TOP...TOP.. Vielen dank fĂŒr die wunderschöne Zeit.....

L’agence a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs rĂ©active et arrangeant, offrande un excellent service client. cependant, le mĂ©nage n’était pas Ă  la hauteur de nos attentes. Quelques zones semblaient avoir Ă©tĂ© nĂ©gligĂ©es, avec de la poussiĂšres ici et la, ainsi qu’une salle de bain qui aurait pu ĂȘtre plus propre.
