406 Capt. John Fripp Villa is a second-floor unit located in the heart of Fripp Island. Just a short walk to the Beach Club, Sandbar, Tennis Courts, Fitness Center, and Guest Services. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect for visitors who are interested in taking advantage of Fripp's many amenities as well as being within walking distance from the beach.

Features include an outside deck, gorgeous ocean views, and a newly renovated kitchen. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and offers stunning patio views of the ocean. Comcast X1 DVR with Voice Remotes in living room and King bedroom. There is no cable in the queen/bunkbed bedroom.

A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.

Also included with your rental are up to 6 guest cards, a value of up to $300. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including restaurants and bars, pools, pickleball, tennis, golf, and more! Guest cards offer exclusive access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.

Shannon started communication with me once we booked the room. She responded to my questions and requests promptly. She offered to help us to book tee time at golf, tennis, restaurant, etc. The room has great view of the ocean, easy access to beach and next to the club complex.

The check in process at the resort was terrible. No parking pass at the front gate. Had to go to the guest services to get the pass and then go get back in line at the front gate. The amenities cards were not waiting for us at the unit as promised. Had to go back to guest services to get them. If we had arrived after 9:00 PM as originally planned, we would not have been able to check in the first night because we would not have been allowed to drive on to the island. Had to go pick up golf cart ourselves and that had to be done by 6:00 PM. Door lock on door was very finicky.
