A beautiful house with a pool near the beaches of Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer
- Very beautiful villa with swimming pool (heated), near the beach of La Manchette, the town centre and the shops of Saint-Jacut de la Mer. Beautiful sunny garden but with shady corners.
All comforts. 3 bedrooms, bathroom, shower room. Sleeps 8 (2 double beds, 2 single beds, a 2-seater sofa). Pleasant and comfortable stay, beautiful sunny terrace, large garden with barbecue, beautiful fully equipped kitchen.
Wifi, television, HI FI system, parking for 3 people.
The peninsula of Saint-Jacut offers 11 beaches, an island (Les Ebihens) accessible at low tide, a small marina, and a hiking trail around the peninsula. Market on Friday mornings.
Close to Dinard and Saint-Malo.
The owner is likely to occupy a neighbouring studio in early July and from September, without interfering with the guests who have full use of the house and the pool.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de la villa Villac. Tout était conforme à la description. La maison est spacieuse, propre, bien équipée et très agréable à vivre. La piscine un vrai plus pour profiter des vacances. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter et reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente.
