The staff was very helpful! Great restaurant with great pizza! Easy to get to and easy parking. I would definitely stay at Valley Craft Ales again!

Made the mistake of going on 4th of July week. They Had an event charging 100 a person more to eat and see fireworks. otherwise no dinner. Restaurant was closed. But luckily we could see fireworks from our balcony, yet there was a gigantic tree blocking our whole view. We didnt eat, we didnt see fireworks, I went there because It was haunted. I like ghost hunting and it was my reason for choosing it. Somehow I booked through expedia yet they booked someone else the haunted room I choose when booking. It was a bout 10 rooms away, up 2 hallways. Breakfast was a few poppyseed bagels and a plate of berries, and a fly buzzing around it. I've never been so disappointed with circumstances of how this all happened. Im sure in any normal circumstance on a non joliday week, its a great beautiful elegant haunted place...but I clearly chose the wrong week to come. Our room was clean and beautiful, and our bathroom was really nice. But I won't be back, unfortunately.

The hotel was very cute and I loved the idea of it. The difficulty is that the room smelled of mildew, and there was mildew in the air conditioner as well. There are amenities that are offered but not actually available in reality. For example the pool is offered, but the pool itself is murky and didn’t seem clean. Grab and Go breakfast existed, but only in the afternoons. There was coffee in the room, which was helpful, but the grab and go is more snacks for afternoon than anything else. We grabbed some cups from the grab & go area one afternoon so we could have coffee the next morning and funnily enough they were for a different hotel. Internet is available but spotty, and cable cut in and out throughout our stay. The rooms are very spacious, and the staff was very kind and quick. I think there are some kinks to work out in the cleaning and management of amenities.
