"Newly reburbished room (so disregard any online review pics from last year). Very comfortable bed with a nice armchair and large desk area. Lovely new bathroom with big walk in shower. The AC was also lovely and cold. Only downside is that standard rooms don't have a mini-fridge (even tho there's a recess made for one with a plug). The executive rooms do have them. The location is a bit out of town, about 20 mins walk (but you can cut through the large Polygone shopping centre). However, right outside is both the airport shuttle bus stop and a tram station which takes you into the action in 10 mins. They run every few mins and a 2 or 3 day unlimited pass is only 10 or 12 euros so you can pop back to the room easily during the day."

"The gentleman behind receptionist was a excellent historian of Montpellier old town, He was able to guide us around on a map before we went to the old town. A pleasure to talk to in the English language, a real asset to the best western hotel at lattes."
