  • This very functional house sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and is situated on a fenced 600 m². Included in this new house all the amenities for a pleasant stay at the seaside with family or friends.

    This charming house of 110 m² offers:
    - 1 living / dining room with 6 seats and 1 high chair
    - 1 fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher)
    - 3 bedrooms: 2 with 1 double bed (one with 1 cot) and 1 with 2 single beds
    - 1 bathroom with shower American
    - 1 enclosed garden with patio and barbecue
    Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking rental. The rental includes private parking.

    Close to shops, only 500 m from the sea, this property is located on the west coast of the Cotentin peninsula, opposite the Channel Islands, in Barneville Carteret. You will be at home here!
