On the air-conditioned ground floor, living room/equipped kitchen area, one bedroom (1 bed 1.40m) with access to the outside, shower room, separate toilet, baby equipment. Upstairs, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 bed 1.40m, 2 beds 0.90m) and a library. Shed with freezer, fridge, washing machine, griddle, covered shelter for cars, table tennis, bicycles, bowling green, private swimming pool (8x4x1.50m) fenced, secured by a standard alarm.
