We loved the property , plenty of space , perfect for what we wanted , 5 mins from saint jean de liver day and 20 mins from La Rochelle, we would definitely return

Wonderful provision.Great communication and accommodating host. Lots of space. We loved the location. Noise transferred easily between rooms. Doors, walls and floors were typically not as substantial as we are accustomed to.

Madame, Monsieur,Je vous écris concernant notre récent séjour dans la propriété Cory (1989816) du 26/09/2025 au 28/09/25, sous la référence de réservation HA-HT02RHBien que la propriété fût agréable, nous avons été confrontés à un problème technique majeur et non résolu qui a gravement affecté notre confort :1. Incident : Dès la première utilisation, les toilettes de l'étage étaient bouchés et ont débordé, les rendant totalement inutilisables pour la durée du séjour.2. Impact : Cette défaillance nous a laissé avec un seul toilette fonctionnel pour l'intégralité du groupe, composé de trois familles (6 adultes et 6 enfants).3. Absence de Résolution : Nous avons immédiatement signalé le problème à la conciergerie le 27 septembre au matin. Celle-ci nous a renvoyés vers le propriétaire, et aucune intervention de dépannage n'a été mise en place malgré l'urgence et la gravité de la situation. Le propriétaire n'a pas non plus proposé de solution.Nous considérons que l'absence de réaction rapide et l'incapacité à fournir un logement avec les commodités de base entièrement fonctionnelles constituent un manquement clair aux standards de qualité que vous promettez. Le désagrément subi est disproportionné par rapport au coût de la location.Nous avons joint en annexe photos des toilettes bouchées.Nous demandons l'ouverture d'un dossier de réclamations

Bel intérieur, décoré avec goût. Grande pièce à vivre, grande cuisine où l'on peut aisément cuisiner à plusieurs.Nombreux jeux de société adultes et enfants.Vaisselle complète, il ne manque rien. Piscine agréable. Parfait pour un agréable séjour en famille à 14.Suggestion: un réfrigérateur complémentaire dans la buanderie pour stocker des boissons au frais, rideaux occultants pour les fenêtres du séjour sans volets pour isoler dans les grandes chaleurs. Point négatif : le mobilier de jardin qui a souffert de plusieurs saisons à l'extérieur est à renouveler.

Nous avons été quelque peu déçu des extérieurs, impossible de se détendre dehors, le salon de jardin en rotin, hors d'usage, les tables en bois et les bancs très abîmés et peu stable, la pelouse pas tondue, 2 parasols trop petit pour couvrir l'intégralité des 2 tables, aucun signe des gros coussins qui étaient sur les photos aux abords de la piscine.Logement très propre, mais aucune isolation entre le rez de chaussée et les chambres à l'étage. Très bien équipé, prévoir tout de même un lave vaisselle plus rapide.

Très bon séjour dans une maison agréable et cosy. Très bien placée pour visiter la Venise Verte et la Rochelle. Dommage de n'a pas avoir pu utiliser la piscine. Très bien accueilli par la propriétaire avec de gentilles attentions.
