Overlooking the mountains, the holiday home 'Etxe Ttippi' in Saint-Jean-de-Luz impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 41 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom as well as 2 additional toilets and can therefore accommodate 4 people. On demand, an extra bed is available for a fifth guest in a small open space next to a stairway, closed by a curtain (you can see it in the pictures).

Bien, mais rapport qualité/prix moyen

Location très bien aménagée et agréable à vivre, mais équipement perfectible, surtout côté cuisine (ustensiles notamment). Les photos font penser à du haut de gamme mais, quand on voit de près, la réalité n'est pas du même niveau: placage des meubles qui se décolle, électroménager vieillissant, pare-douche difficile à manoeuvrer... Nous avons également été déçus par le manque d'entretien du jardin (pas tondu, ronces sur le fil à linge). Bref, c'est quand même bien, mais ça fait vraiment cher pour ce que c'est.
