Excellent view

It was our second time and again excellent stay in this appartement. Some improvements have been made (new bed in the living room, pictures...) who made the stay even more enjoyable

Tres bon emplacement! Appartement charmant et tres bien équipé !Juste eu un peu chaud dans le logement, car nous sommes tombés sur une semaine caniculaire.... mais la vue incroyable nous fait tout oublier. Bonne communication

-Es gab nur sehr schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten. Teilweise nur weit entfernt! -Direkt vor dem Gebäude war über eine Woche ein Fest! -Es gab erst mal keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher -der Kühlschrank war mit Lebensmitteln befüllt. -Der Aufzug ging erst ab der 1. Etage -Nicht alles gereinigt -Für ältere Leute absolut nicht geeignet! -Keine normalen Betten und auch kein normales Schlafzimmer -alte Fenster mit ständigen Windgeräuschen -nicht komplett modernisiert

Vue sur St Jean de Luz

Le descriptif de la location sur le site correspond completement a l hebergement. Qualite des equipements, tres bien agence et une vue sublime. La situation de l appartement est parfaite, autant pour des adolescents que des adultes, entre la plage juste en bas de la residence et le centre a 700m a pied. Ainsi qu un acces direct au sentier du littoral qui permet de magnifiques balades.

Belle vue sur la baie de Saint Jean de Luz

L’emplacement est parfait pour la plage et la vue. L’appartement est pratique et bien agencé. L’appartement est bien pour une petite famille, voire pour 1 couple avec le lit escamotable du salon car les chambres sont très petites. La régie qui gère les clés est tenue par une personne qui n’a aucun entregent, qui est de surcroît malpolie et communique de manière agressive. Un manque d’information et de communication est aussi à noter. Pour le parking il faut prévoir un budget de 15€ par jour car il n’y a jamais de place dans les rues derrière l’immeuble et ceci mi septembre.

Une vue de rêve

Appartement dont la pièce de vie à une vue magique à chaque instant, la sensation permanente d’être en mer depuis le salon. Le lit du face à la mer est un must. Attention pour un couple, par contre la chambre double cabine est un peu juste, le salon sera plus apprécié. Petit bémol pour la réception très désagréable et non professionnel de la conciergerie ... le propriétaire n’y est pour rien mais le sens du service et de l’accueil y est totalement absent.

magnifique écrin pour de belles vacances

pour la 2ème fois, nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement très propre qui jouit d'une excellente localisation. Sa configuration nous convient très bien avec le lit escamotable qui nous permet de jouir d'une vue magnifique dès le réveil ! La literie est très bonne et les équipements complets.

Toller Blick auf die Bucht von Saint-Jean-de-Luz

Der Blick aufs Meer, den man vom Balkon und vom sehr schönen Wohn- und Essbereich aus genießen kann, ist sensationell. Doch leider sind die beiden Schlafzimmer nicht nur sehr klein (was im Inserat auch so angegeben war), sondern auch bei ständigem Lüften noch moderig. Das Resultat: die gesamte Familie hat sich ständig in einem Raum aufgehalten. Dafür war die Wohnung trotz der tollen Lage doch zu teuer.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables. La vue est magnifique, la plage juste en bas et l’appartement très bien agencé: les chambres sont petites mais largement suffisantes, il y a de nombreux rangements très pratiques pour les vêtements et les affaires de plage, chaque chose est à sa place et la pièce à vivre très aérée, sans meuble superflu. On s’y sent bien et nous reviendrons certainement!

excellent emplacement

appartement fonctionnel, très bien équipé et surtout très bien situé, face à l'océan. Le lit escamotable dans la partie salon est une très bonne alternative à la chambre parentale qui est très petite. A notre avis, l'appartement est parfait pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants) bien qu'il y ait 6 couchages. A noter également le sympathique accueil de Marthia.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à St Jean de Luz. L'appartement très bien équipé est conforme à la description .Rien n'y manque, tant l'équipement de la pièce à vivre que la qualité des couchages,douche à l'italienne... et que dire du magnifique paysage dont on profite au maximum depuis la terrasse.Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!! Un petit bémol cependant :La chambre adulte très petite et donc peu commode pour nous qui ne sommes plus très jeunes!
