This space, bathed in light thanks to the bay windows, leads directly to the garden.The kitchen, modern and well-designed, has everything necessary to prepare your meals as if at home: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery and all the utensils you might need.On the night side, the corridor to the right of the entrance leads to a first bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x200), as well as a shower room with shower, hairdryer, and an independent WC. From the living room, a staircase leads to a nicely arranged mezzanine, which offers a second sleeping area with a double bed (140x200).
