Ideal for a couple holiday in SAINT JEAN DE MONTS.
This 2-room apartment named "Les Saintes" is designed to make your stay more enjoyable.
A very refined decoration, full of charm in a seaside atmosphere.
A vacation without the need to take back your car for the duration of your stay,
to fully enjoy the beach of St Jean de Monts and the district of Demoiselles,
a quiet and chic neighborhood located 200 m from the beach and 100 m from the forest, near the bike paths of Saint Jean de Monts, 26 km in a secure site on the slopes reserved only for bicycles.

This T2, any comfort, of 35 m2 entirely done again with nine decorated with taste consists of:

- 1 equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, induction hob, Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine (coffee, chocolate, tea etc ...), microwave, kettle, toaster

- 1 living room with sofa, flat screen TV 102 cm.

- 1 fully equipped kitchen

- 1 separate bedroom with 1 bed of 140

- 1 bathroom with shower, wc.

- washing machine.

- Terrace with garden armchair,

- Barbecue
 
- sheets and towels included

Animals are not allowed.

The rentals are in a small condominium of 4 homes

Attention departures (not after 10H) and arrived '(between 14H and 16H) are exclusively on Saturdays

A 300 € DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUESTED AT YOUR ARRIVAL (NOT ENCLOSED)
AND A CHECK OF 90 € CASH ONLY IF THE HOUSE IS NOT MADE CLEAN AS THE ARRIVAL IN THE PLACES BY THE VACANCERS

Séjour agréable malgré la météo

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine. Le logement est situé dans une zone à l'écart des barres d'immeubles mais à 3 mn à pied de la mer. Le logement est décoré avec goût et très confortable. Il ne manque rien Un grand merci à Manuella pour son accueil et sa sympathie . Nous ne manquerons pas de retourner dans un de leurs logements en espérant cette fois une météo plus clémente.
