The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this charming new single-storey house to rent in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, on the edge of the forest and 900 metres from the beach. The Tonnelles dune beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and you and your family can take advantage of the "Vendée by bike" cycle routes through the national forest of the Pays de Monts, which will take you to the islands of Noirmoutier and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie.
With a surface area of 80 m², it can accommodate up to 8 travellers and comprises an attractive living room with a large, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. There's also a 350 m² garden with a large terrace! Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises - A 32 m² living room with a double sofa bed, dining area, access to the terrace and TV. - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and sliding storage cupboard - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) and sliding wardrobe - Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×190) - Utility room with washing machine (9kg) and tumble dryer - Shower room with shower and washbasin - Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha.
Outside: - A beautiful 350 m² private enclosed garden - A south-facing 40 m² paved terrace with tables, chairs, parasol and barbecue to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located just a few kilometres from the family-friendly seaside resort of Notre Dame de Monts and 5 km from Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities : - The forest offers a wide range of walks, trails and cycle routes throughout the town. - Noirmoutier is just 35 minutes away by car - Le puy du fou is 45 minutes away by car - The hinterland with its windmills and walks - A large white sandy beach as far as the eye can see for sand yachting, windsurfing, paddle boarding...
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Challans, about 21 km away (23 min by car) - Nearest airport: Nantes airport, about 81 km away (1h05 by car).

Belle maison toute neuve proche de la mer avec un joli petit jardin. Dommage qu'il y ait un peu de bruit lié à la route proche et très passante.
Manque encore quelques équipements de cuisine pour que ce soit parfaitement équipé.
Malgré cela, je recommande. Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances

🙁 L’emplacement en bord de route principale et très passante ainsi que les deux campings qui l’entourent et qui organisent des soirées tous jours (nous sommes en pleine saison) sans parler du chien du voisin qui ne fait qu’aboyer ça devient une maison vraiment pas agréable pour des vacances reposantes……"
