Chalet Ysopi is an OVO Network property. Between St Jean de Sixt and Le Grand Bornand, it sleeps nine people (six adults and three children) in four bedrooms, with two bathrooms.

The OVO Network team’s opinion -

This modern chalet, which has recently been renovated is a really practical choice for families, with a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, cosy sofas around a woodburning stove and a separate games room with a television and a PS4 console - perfect for children who want to hang out in their own space. There's also a toilet on the ground floor and a useful laundry room.

Chalet Ysopi has plenty of parking space and overlooks a small road, which is little used and unlikely to disturb you.

Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

Note: The fourth bedroom is located in the attic. Bright, it is ideal for children. Please note that Chalet Ysopi is situated on the one of the road to Le Grand Bornand (where the ski fields are), which makes it very convenient in winter but does mean that the area can be lively with occasional traffic during peak times.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.

Good all around

The chalet is modern and clean with good facilities. Its location is about 1 mile walk to Le Grand Bornand centre which was fine for us. The people that manage the chalet were very helpful.

Maison charmante et bien équipée, idéalement située à quelques minutes en voiture de La Clusaz et du Grand-Bornand, offrant un accès facile à la magnifique région des Aravis. Excellent séjour

Nous avons apprécié: l'emplacement à proximité des commerces (5 minutes en voiture) et des pistes (15 minutes) qui nous a parfaitement convenu ; La vue sympa et l'espace de vie qui est grand pour un logement de montagne. Particulièrement dans notre cas puisque nous n'étions que 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le chalet YSOPI !

The chalet is what it looks like on the pictures!

We enjoyed the sunny terrace with mountain view, the cosy lounge area (with PS4), the well equiped kitchen. Note that you need a car to drive to St.Jean de sixt or le Grand Bornand for your groceries. In the area you have several ski areas, good for cycling too in summer (Col de la Colombière and Col des Aravis).
