• Outdoor Activities: Stroll through the Parc du Terral, a three-hectare park with an English garden, pine forest, and scented garden, right next to the residence. For family fun, Aquajump waterpark at Carnon plage and Planet Ocean Montpellier's seabed exhibits are both an easy drive away.

• A refundable security deposit of €300 per accommodation is required and will be returned after inspection (refundable provided there is no damage, no missing items or additional cleaning required).
• In compliance with local regulations, a daily tourist tax may be applicable during your stay. The rate is subject to change. For precise information based on your dates of stay, please consult the local municipality.
