This cottage, housed in a former farm outbuilding, is located near the owners' home on a 1.8-hectare fenced property. Perched on a hillside, it boasts breathtaking south-facing views of the Toulouse region, with the Pyrenees in the background. We suggest a treat at the "La Gragnaguette" open-air café, 3 km away. Enjoy a cultural and heritage experience at the Château de Bonrepos-Riquet (site of the invention of the Canal du Midi), 5 km away. Shade and walks can be enjoyed at the Buzet-sur-Tarn Forest, 10 km away. Toulouse is 20 km away, the Fronton Vineyard is 27 km away, and Albi is 58 km away. Single-story cottage: living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one of which is 38 m2 (1 double bed 140cm) (1 double bed 180x200 convertible into 2x90 + 1 double bed 140cm) each with their own en-suite shower room, WC. For children: DVDs, board games, books. Outside: private terrace, parking area. Large garden. The swimming pool is shared with the owners. All year round, indoor and heated swimming pool, the dream Toulouse stay, 20km from the Pink City, capital of the South-West!

Probablement le meilleur gite que nous ayons connu

David a été aux petits soins durant tout notre séjour et tout a dépassé nos espérances. La maison est comfortable et très bien fournie, rien ne manque. La piscine est très agréable et 2 chats sont venus nous rendre visite - le rêve! Je recommande David et ce gîte sans hésiter, nous gardons précieusement l’adresse et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir si nous revenons dans la région.
