"I’ve stay at hundreds of hotels across the states and overseas and this is the absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Granted, it was cheap, but I’m shocked at some of the things we came across or experienced here. First. We had a full blown safety concern the entire stay. One guy backed into the wall of our hotel room one night and stumbled up the stairs drunk, all on camera and the hotel didn’t seem to care. He seemed to be one of their more regular tenants too. Now, the lack of amenities for an extended stay hotel were laughable. Just to note for context: we booked a double bed room for 4 people. The only toiletries offered were 2 small bar soaps. There was no extra toilet paper. There was no soap for the kitchenette. There was no silverware, plates, or anything to eat on or cook with, even though there was a full side fridge and freezer, stove (that looked broken), microwave, and toaster in the room. There was only 2 coffee for 4 people on a 3 day stay. I realized we could’ve asked for more, but their office hours were limited and didn’t work with our schedule Other issues: The water in the shower wasn’t hot. It was lukewarm at best. The WiFi didn’t reach our room. It was pretty spotty all over the property, and by the time we realized we had already unpacked. Their office hours were super limited. The room itself and beds were decently clean but lacked comfort because the sheets, and blankets/comforter were thin. The bathroom floor was not clean."

"Disappointing stay – Poor maintenance and terrible breakfastI would strongly advise against staying here. Do not let the photos deceive you; the reality is a far cry from what is advertised.The room was in a state of total disrepair: the lights didn’t work, the electrical outlets were loose, and one was completely non-functional. Additionally, the bathroom sink was badly clogged.To make matters worse, the breakfast was unacceptable. There were no basic food options available—only cold boiled eggs. For the price paid, the lack of basic amenities and edible food is inexcusable. I would never recommend this property to anyone."

"Shout out 🙌👏 to the on site front desk person that worked at night May7-8! I arrived late and there was a problem w my reservation. After explaining the rules and processes, he was able to create what felt like a miracle in an impossible situation. Thank you, I appreciate your patience, and hope others can learn from you how to be a genuine, resourceful and wise hospitality professional. 🙏"
