Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön, zentral man kann überall schnell hin kommen. Ruhige Wohnanlage, Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Vermieter sehr nett. Wir würden sie jederzeit wieder mieten!

Mooi appartement.

Prachtige appartement op een mooie locatie. Dicht bij het centrum en op loopafstand van het meer. Wij hebben 10 heerlijke dagen gehad, genieten bij het meer, fietsen in de omgeving en de mooie stad Annecy.

Wir hatten sehr schönes Wetter.In der Umgebung kann jeder viel machen. Die Wohnung war Top. Es hat uns in der Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Absolut ruhig und erholsam. Die Küche ist eine Wucht.Da macht das Kochen Spaß.spass

Bel appartement avec terrasse ombragée

Très belle situation et vue magnifique sur la Tournette. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Le garage en sous-sol nous a été très pratique. Seul petit bémol: le lit que nous avons trouvé trop mou à notre goût. Peut-être à cause du surmatelas trop enveloppant.

Belle semaine dans cet appartement relativement proche de la plage, et très proche des commodites (commerces/transport). C’est très bien pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants car la cuisine/séjour est spacieuse, et la terrasse ainsi que la chambre aussi.

Vacances à St Jorioz

Appartement très bien situé très proche des commerces et des pistes cyclabes. D'autre part pendant la période estivale nous pouvons profiter de la gratuité des bus pour la plage, Annecy, le Semnoz. Nous recommandons cet appart très fonctionnels.

Schöne Tag am Lac d'Annecy

Herrliche Sommertage, wunderschönes Wasser, beeindruckendes Bergpanorama - es hätte kaum besser sein können. Morgens eine herausfordernde Bergwanderung - am Nachmittag zur Erholung am kühlen Wasser des See. Alles hat gepasst. Vom Appartement bis zum See sind es 20, meist schattige Minuten zu Fuß (oder 3 min. mit dem Auto). Die an der Vorderseite des Hauses liegende Hauptverkehrstrasse (das Appartement liegt auf der Rückseite!) ist auch auf dem Balkon im Freien nicht zuhören. Fröhlicher Kinderlärm ist das einzige Geräusch was -gelegentlich- an die Ohren dringt. Am Abend, selbst an heißen Tagen, ist die Luft durch die Nähe des See angenehm kühl. Und vom Balkon der Blick auf das großartige Bergpanorama - wunderschön.Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen diese Location uneingeschränkt.Iris und Wolfgang

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle région qu’est la Haute Savoie. Superbe appartement, très calme, dans lequel rien ne manquait, à proximité du lac, avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes qui se colorent de rose le soir. Tout était parfait

Appartement très agréable, dans un complexe neuf. Le propriétaire a pensé à tout :) Nous avons passé un très bon séjour! Petite amélioration à proposer: une moustiquaire aux fenêtres pour pouvoir ouvrir grand sans que les mouches et moustiques ne rentrent :)

Séjour super agréable

Au calme, appartement tout neuf, super propre, spacieux, lumineux, très bien équipé et confortable. On a apprécié la facilité de parking, les commerces et restaurants juste à côté qui font vente à emporter, la piste cyclable qui passe au pied de l'immeuble, le lac à 10 minutes à pied. On reviendra !

Location propre et bon contact sur place

Dans l’ensemble un bon séjour, la location est propre et tout ce qu’il faut sur place. Proche toutes commodités et lac, parking appréciable. Bon contact si questions. On regrettera le premier jour absence de chauffage, il faisait frais mais on ne pouvait pas l’actionner car pas encore mis en marche dans les communs. Aussi la vue du balcon sur l’annonce ne montre pas les travaux d’un bâtiment de face. La journée bruits le temps des travaux actuellement.

The view from this apt is amazing. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The communication in leading up to our stay was minimal. We often had to wait a day or so for simple questions. We had difficulty getting into wifi. Some of this was due to the influx of wifi users visiting the olympics. After the 3rd day we got access but the wifi was not secure. A handbook of how to run various appliances would be helpful (heater, towel bars, etc.) Also we had anxiety each time we used the key for apt access as there seemed no rhyme or reason of how to turn the key (maybe needs to be replaced). On a positive note, I can well imagine how awesome this place would be in the summer with the huge patio and awesome views.
