Cocoonr is offering to let a charming house nestling in the heart of Saint-Jorioz, with a large garden planted with trees and private parking spaces.
Designed for a relaxing holiday just a stone's throw from the crystal-clear waters of Lake Annecy, this friendly house will win you over with its comfort. With its warm atmosphere, it is composed as follows:
Living room : - Large living room with dining room (5/6 people), lounge, open-plan kitchen and direct access to the garden/terrace. - Fully-equipped modern kitchen: induction hob, Senseo coffee machine, espresso machine, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, etc. - Living room with fireplace (usable only in winter) and Bose connected speaker system. - Laundry room with wardrobe, washing machine, drying rack, raclette and fondue machines. - Separate WC
First floor: - TV lounge with teleworking desk and single bed (90x200). - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200), wardrobe and balcony access. - Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x200) that can be made into a king-size bed. - Shower room: walk-in shower, double basins. - Wardrobe.
Outside area : - 55 m² terrace and flower-filled garden: dining table (6 people), relaxation/aperitif area, table tennis table, parasol, awning.
Additional facilities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, Bose speaker, outdoor games. Cot and high chair available on request.
Nearby amenities: The house is located in a quiet area of Saint-Jorioz, just 7 minutes' drive from the lake and beach. - Cycle path 2 minutes away - Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 10 minutes' walk away.
Activities : Go hiking at Semnoz, cycle along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays.
Transport : - Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop located close to the flat, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 25 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 minutes). - Geneva International Airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you choose to come by car, a private parking space is available in front of the residence.
Other comments: - The top floor, which is entirely independent, is occupied all year round by a very discreet tenant. Your privacy and tranquillity are totally preserved. - Completely non-smoking accommodation - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. - We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for a supplement of €40. For any special requests (greater weight, second animal, other animal, etc.), please contact us: we will study your request carefully.
On site, you will be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy. He or she will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
