Ideal situation for this family chalet from the 40s located between the lake and cycle path, 150m from the lake, port and beach, 1km from Saint-Jorioz centre.

It has perfect sunshine and a calm environment. Magnificent enclosed and tree-lined garden of 2000m2. Barbecue, children's games.

The chalet is composed on the ground floor of a spacious and bright living area living room/dining room with direct access to the terrace and garden.

Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, hob, coffee maker, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils.

1 master suite with double bed 140x190cm, shower room with washbasin unit.
