There is a Private Boat Ramp on the property for direct boat access to the river! This is a Very Special and Unique Property that I Am truly in Love with and excited to share with you! Open Concept Design is well suited for entertaining. There is a Huge Great Room with Vaulted Ceilings and a Fireplace. Great River Views inside and out! Over 2,300 square feet of finished space for you to enjoy. There are Roku Smart TVs in all the rooms including the Bedrooms. There is plenty of room to park your boats and leave them docked during your stay. There is a small boat launch on the property. We are PET FRIENDLY! Peaceful and Relaxing Retreat

This was such a perfect retreat for my immediate family of 4 and my parents. The house is clean, and beautifully renovated with nice closet systems in each bedroom. We enjoyed fishing from the backyard and watching the river from inside the home.

Peace on the River

We had a beautiful stay on the peaceful & mesmerizing river from early mornings- drinking coffee, watching the fish jump & lounging outdoors. The inside of this rambling ranch was nicely renovated & had comfort, functionality in the kitchen/baths & awesome views of the river. We especially loved sitting by the windows in the LR & watching the lazy river go by!

Beautiful setting

We spent a relaxing week in this beautiful house right on the river. The interior is beautiful and well stocked with everything you may need. We cooked at home most nights in the spacious kitchen and enjoyed time sitting and watch sing the birds at the feeder and boats on the river as well as sitting around a fire at night.

Lake Front Retreat

This property was the ultimate staycation retreat! The house was beautiful inside and out. The highlight of this home was not the superb renovation, picture perfect out of home and gardens décor, or 1/2 an acre of private waterfront access with picturesque views. The highlight was the birdfeeder in front of the living room window. I truly enjoyed bird watching.

Fantastic weekend!

What a great home! Everything was exactly as described. Very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. House was quite spacious and we all felt like we had our own “space”. The great room was awesome, the sectional is enormous (and comfy). Super quiet well maintained neighborhood with lots of birds, small wildlife etc. We enjoyed spending time in the shady yard with a view of the river. My dog loved all of the wildlife scents and did great on a 40 ft leash.

FABULOUS and FUN!

Great for our family of 7 : young adult "kids" . Plenty of space indoors and out! CLEAN!!! VERY CLEAN!!! Comfy furniture and beds! The yard is spacious! The river view is incredible. We had kayaks and rented a pontoon boat for one day!! It was a great way for our spread out family to get together for an extended weekend! Hope we can come back!!
