Great house

Lovely property with a great garden for the children. The pool was good - shame the weather wasn't. Would have liked to be a bit nearer to a village but we had a great stay. Thank you Vanessa.

We enjoyed our stay at Vanessa’s property which had everything we needed. It was quiet and comfortable but well located for exploring the galleries of Le Havre and Étretat. We had plenty of communication with Vanessa who was most accommodating about arrival & departure timing. We would happily stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at this stunning villa. The property was spotless on arrival and exceeded our expectations. Our host, Vanessa, was amazing – friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.The facilities were brilliant and kept everyone entertained, from the pool and table tennis to badminton and the various garden games. The BBQ station and outdoor patio furniture made our evenings especially enjoyable, creating the perfect setting for relaxing meals together.Having stayed in several villas across France, we can honestly say this has been our favourite to date. Zomer 2025. Met een gezin en hond gezeten. Huis was schoon, tuin mooi en groot lekker zwembadje. Goed begin dachten we. Echter hadden we veel last van de honden in het huis naast ons die blaften 24 uur per dag. In het huis was het koud, en de handdoeken droogde niet. Na vragen aan beheerders, mocht de kachel niet aan en kregen we een “vies” blazertje. Leek mij niet gezond. Zwembad water was heel koud, ook dit mocht niet warmer gezet worden ondanks het feit dat het als verwarmd zwembad geadverteerd wordt. Tot overmaat van ramp kregen we ook nog een vliegen plaag in huis. Na meerdere keren bellen (3 dgn) kwamen ze pas kijken. Waarschijnlijk kwamen de vliegen af op de rotte appels die uit de appelboom waren gevallen. Binnen werden er plakstrips opgehangen waar de vliegen gevangen werden en gesprayd. Tip: En zorg dat je als je gaat een filmpje maakt van de staat van het huis, zodat je achteraf geen onaangename verrassing krijgt. Zoals wij kregen. Wij zijn gelukkig goed verzekerd maar de beheerders die borg hadden ingehouden hebben contact met de verzekeraar gemeden maar bleven ondertussen via het platform om meer geld vragen. Het platform grijpt ondanks bewijs niet in op het inhouden van borg hoewel ze duidelijk hebben gemaakt dat het verhaal van de verhuurder zeer twijfelachtig was. Dit door het bewijs wat we hadden van een enthousiast filmpje bij binnenkomst van onze zoon. Al met al geen aanrader.

Een heel leuk en volledig ingericht huis. Keuken was ook compleet ingericht. Comfortabel meubilair, ook buiten. Mooie, ruime tuin. Helemaal afgesloten, dus ook ideaal met honden. Je had wel en auto nodig om naar het strand te komen en boodschappen te doen.De eigenaars zijn heel erg aardig en behulpzaam. Het zwembad is een beetje lastig om in te komen.Een heel fijne week in het huis gehad.

Belle maison !Equipements conformes à la description.Nous y sommes allés en famille (2 adultes et 2 ados un husky)Très bel accueil de Vanessa qui est de très bons conseils et est resté disponible durant notre séjour.Bon point de départ pour visitez d’Etretat, Honfleur, Le Havre… Mais un peu loin des plages du débarquement.Boucheries, traiteurs, boulangeries, pizzeria et superette dans un rayon de 3 à 5 KM (un peu long à pied mais moins de 5 minutes en voiture) En été, une chouette activité à faire en famille, il y a un labyrinthe avec plusieurs circuits et niveaux à faire à moins de 2 km.

SEJOUR FIN DECEMBRE

Vanessa nous a très bien accueilli pour notre séjour fin décembre. Nous avons aimé le logement pour 6 personnes (bel espace de vie), le calme et la proximité des lieux à visiter ou faire des balades. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les couchages sont de bonne qualité. Un grand parking et le portail électrique ont été très appréciés. Merci Vanessa pour votre gentillesse et pour pour ces quelques jours passés dans votre maison que nous recommandons même en hiver !

Zeer comfortabel

Het huis is erg gezellig, comfortabel, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Fijn zwembad en grote tuin. De omgeving is rustig en de kust is schitterend. Het enige negatieve is dat de bedden vrij klein zijn voor een man van bijna 2 meter.

L’emplacement de la maison est idéale pour le calme et proches de tout, notamment etretat. La maison est spacieuse et la piscine est top, il y a des jeux pour les enfants dans la maison, table de ping pong, but de foot etc… La propriétaire est sérieuse et disponible. Manque juste un petit store ou pergola pour profiter si il fait chaud des extérieurs.

Vacances en famille dans un bel endroit. Nous avons fait des promenades en bordure de cette si belle cote d’albâtre et avec le soleil pendant tout notre séjour. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig aber man erreicht den Strand und Etretat mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Das Highlight ist der Pool. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln lediglich das WLAN ist nicht besonders gut.

Belle maison dans un coin tranquille

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en Normandie, dans un petit coin reclus. Une très belle région, avec de multiples sites à visiter, qui pourraient satisfaire tous les goûts. La location est impeccable, une belle décoration, un espace super équipé. Et la surprise de la piscine, qui a ravi surtout les plus jeunes ! Un plus totalement inattendu. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation. A très bientôt.

Wir waren zwei Wochen in diesem tollen Haus, das in einer ruhigen Umgebung nicht weit weg von dem schönen Ort Ètretat liegt. Die Alabasterküste ist wunderschön. Vanessa und ihr Mann waren immer für uns erreichbar und waren sehr nette Vermieter. Das Haus bietet innen wie aussen alles, was man zu einem schönen Urlaub braucht, auch wenn das Wetter mal schlecht ist.Gerne kommen wir einmal wieder.

Maison spacieuse, confortable et propre

Très bon séjour, hôte agréable et réactive, la maison est très bien équipée, confortable et au calme. De l’espace et de la nature, c’est ce qu’il nous fallait, vivant dans un petit appartement parisien! Etretat, Fecamp et Le Havre ne sont pas loin et la région est superbe. Ruime, prima woning!!

Het is een fijne, complete, ruime woning! Er is meer dan voldoende opbergruimte in de complete keuken, de super grote 'bijkeuken' en garage, allen geschakeld. De tuin is echt heerlijk groot! Onze hond vond het fantastisch en van de zomer is het er vast heerlijk zitten. Er is ook een pizzaoven en bbq op het terras. De omgeving is schitterend. Met de auto zijn uitstapjes zeer goed te doen, veel te zien/doen op best korte afstand.

Maison parfaite, très jolie et très propre.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré le temps, pluie et vent, dans une maison très bien entretenue ou il ne manquait rien. Vanessa à été disponible à nos questions et réactive. La literie très bien. Nous avons vraiment adoré. Très tranquille ce que nous recherchions pour nous reposer et de belles balades. Encore merci à Vanessa pour sa jolie maison. Normandie at its best!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Vanessas Haus. Das lag zum einen an der freundlichen Begrüßung und an der erstklassigen Ausstattung, zum anderen an der hervorragenden Lage. Innerhalb eines Radius von 15 Minuten fahrt, konnten wir die wunderbaren Strände, Kreidefelsen und Städte besuchen!

Urlaub mit Hund

Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesem sehr ruhig gelegenen schönen Haus. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht! Betten bezogen, Handtücher große und kleine, Geschirrtücher, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine….Da ein Gefrierschrank da ist, kann man auf Vorrat einkaufen. Unser Labrador hat sich über den großen eingezäunten Garten gefreut! Leider kamen wir am ersten Tag 3 Stunden später an als geplant, das war aber kein Problem, Vanessa hatte eine Lösung für uns, so dass wir ganz entspannt anreisen konnten. Liebe Vanessa, vielen Dank für Alles!
