In the commune of Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, we offer this charming 53 m² chalet for rent, with ski station within walking distance and shared swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a small garden. We're waiting for you to enjoy the breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings with your family or friends!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with sitting area and TV, opening onto a dining area and kitchen.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, induction hob, raclette machine, filter coffee machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Shower room with washing machine

Upstairs is the mezzanine:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160x200) that can be separated to make two single beds.
- Open bedroom 3: double bed (140x190) and TV area.

Outside :
- An 8x15m swimming pool (indoor, shared and heated) 2min walk from the chalet, open from April 2026 to 4 January 2027.
- A small unenclosed garden with a 15m2 south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather (table, chairs, rocking chair).
- A 3-seater bike rack is attached to the chalet.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, fondue set, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Laurent-en-Grandvaux, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.

Activities:
- Visits to cheese dairies,
- Various museums (spectacles in Morez).
- Swimming in the lakes.

In winter:
- Easy access to cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking trails.
In summer:
- A forest is very close to the chalet for walking or cycling.
- Tennis and badminton courts.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free below the chalets in a car park (chemin des bleuets).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Saint Laurent en Grandvaux railway station is 5 minutes away by car.
- Geneva airport is 1 hour away by car.

Other comments:
- The accommodation is equipped for your baby's comfort, with a bath, crockery, potty, cot and mattress (up to 3 years) and booster seat (from 6 months to 15 kg).
- The staircase leading to the mezzanine is very steep, equipped with a handrail and a safety barrier at the top.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). Please contact us to book linen as soon as your booking is confirmed.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All children are under the supervision and responsibility of an adult.
- Swimming pool: All children swimming in the pool are under the responsibility of a parent.
- Use of the stove is strictly forbidden.
- Access to the accommodation is via a few easy-to-climb outside steps.
