The accommodation is located in the heights of Saint Leu at 300m above sea level. The town and the beaches of Saint Leu are 15 minutes by car.

It is a 2-room apartment on the ground floor of our house, comprising 1 bedroom and 1 living room (the 2 rooms are bright and give direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool), 1 equipped summer kitchen ( Fridge, oven, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine) open on the terrace, 1 bathroom with WC. Ideal for a couple or a person traveling alone.
Large terrace, BBQ, private swimming pool are at your disposal.
The accommodation is completely independent and has its own private entrance.
Sheets, tea towels and hand towels are provided.
We have free parking spaces nearby.

Watch the sunset by the pool, treat yourself to a moment of relaxation after a busy day.

The landlords are very friendly and helpful.The apartment and the terrace are very nice and west facing so you can see the sea. The terrace with pool are very nicely planted.There are plenty of parking spaces available.The outdoor kitchen is sheltered from the wind and therefore there are no odors when cooking in the apartment.The outdoor bathroom is spacious and cannot be seen by anyone. The apartment has its own entrance from the street.Thank you Felana and Phillipe for the lovely stay.If we come back to the island, we will stay here again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au rez-de-chaussée de la propriété de Philippe et Felana. Nos hôtes sont charmants, accueillants, disponibles, réactifs et extrêmement discrets. Philippe nous a très rapidement trouvé un ventilateur pour la chambre avec cette chaleur! Tout est parfaitement agencé et rend le séjour très agréable : cuisine ouverte équipée et très fonctionnelle , table cosy au bord de la piscine, vue piscine depuis un salon sympa, grande piscine (un peu fraîche) sans vis-à-vis et bon espace solarium. Quartier très calme et sécurisant :des voisins très sympas, discrets et qui veillent! Situé à 10-15 minutes de St Leu, au sommet d'un chemin surprise qui porte bien son nom par sa pente et ses tournants mais on s'y habitue très vite !-D Bref, logement vivement conseillé, où on se sent chez soi pour un séjour seul ou à deux!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, dans un cadre idyllique, propice au repos , avec une belle vue sur mer. Le logement est parfait , et les propriétaires très accueillants, discrets mais toujours disponibles en cas de besoin. Nous venons tous les ans à la Réunion voir notre fille, et sans nul doute, nous réserverons à nouveau ce logement l'année prochaine.

Superbe sejour de 2 semaines pour découvrir les merveilles de l'île de la Réunion La qualité de l'hébergement ainsi que l'accueil sont a mettre en avant. Veritable havre de paix sur les hauteurs de Saint Leu qui nous a permis de se ressourcer après les longues journées de decouverte.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances chez Felana et Philippe à Saint Leu. Le lieu est magique sur les hauteurs avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Un vrai cocon aménagé avec goût, le plaisir de la cuisine ouverte, une belle terrasse avec piscine pour profiter du calme. Un immense merci à Felana et Philippe pour leur gentillesse et accueil.

Merci à Felana et Philippe ainsi qu'à leurs enfants pour cet accueil magnifique et cette belle soirée passée ensemble. Votre gîte est remarquable et idéalement placé. A l'endroit des futurs loueurs, vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés (mais pas trop car il y a des virages pour arriver !). je recommande cet endroit fabuleux et calme.

Gîte tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Les propriétaires sont très discret on se sent chez soi. L'accès au gîte est un peu sportif comme le sont beaucoup de route à la Réunion Dommage que nous avons eu une semaine un peu humide . Pour le reste nous en gardons un beau souvenir Sans hésiter nous vous recommandons ce gîte ainsi que le village de st Leu.

Bas de villa situé dans les hauteurs de Saint-Leu, agréable et fonctionnel avec sa cuisine extérieure aménagée, sa piscine et sa vue sur l'océan. Avons profité du couché de soleil. Hôte très sympa. Très satisfait de notre séjour. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Bon accueil de Félana dans cette jolie demeure très propre et décorée avec goût. Très bien équipée. Il fait bon s'y reposer après une journée de balade. Dans les hauteurs de Saint-Leu au calme, et vue sur la mer. Attention route sinueuse. Mieux vaut avoir une petite voiture diesel.

Die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich. Ihre Bananen aus dem Garten schmecken lecker. Es war alles wie auf den Fotos. Tolle Terrasse mit Pool und Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. Die Wohnung und Terrasse waren sehr sauber und hübsch eingrichtet. Glasfront mit großen Schiebetüren im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Großer Kühlschrank und großer Gefrierschrank. Das Wetter ist auf der Westseite deutlich sonniger.
