"I actually called what I thought was the front desk and asked if they had rooms with hot tubs in them and they said yes but they are all booked up but there’s a hot tub onsite! I even asked if it was a nice hot tub and they said it was! So I told person I was going to go book on hotels.com cuz I could get a better rate! So I did, checked into my room and first thing I did was get in my shorts and head down to hot tub and as I entered pool area no hot tub! I’m currently staying in an rv and am sick so I got this so I could relax and mellow out while being sick but nope! So yes I’ve done everything you probably are thinking why didn’t he do this well the answer is I did! I called before and did everything right and was told that maybe the next day they could make it right and comp me a room that I wanted! Yesh right! When I call back the second day the manager on duty hangs up on me because it’s to hard for her to just comp me a room and have me pay difference today! So here I am telling you this whole process they have is both BS and criminal to take a persons money then blame it on everyone else but yourself just to make a buck! "

"Room was not ready at check-in time. was told it would be about 20 minutes, but ended up being 90 minutes. Once we were checked in, the stay was great."

"The home is beautiful. Views are amazing from any room on any level. Huge bedrooms, living areas and kitchen. Plenty of room for everyone. Great view of lake! They have pretty much any household appliance/gadget you’d ever want/need. Felt just like home. Great communication snd super friendly owners. Will be looking to stay here again for sure!"

"One of the best vacation experiences we have ever had! Property was exactly as advertised, extremely comfortable, beds were very comfy, kitchen well stocked. Management was incredible - we had a lot of snow the first night and we were all plowed out before any shop even opened! When weather delays caused us to need to extend our stay, we were allowed to book another night and to extend our check out. Absolutely fantastic experience, HIGHLY recommend!"

"Cottage was very clean. Cozy and warm. It was snowing heavy when we arrived and Host was very accommodating and timely getting snow cleared out. Hot water, heat, bathroom nice and large. Pet friendly - my two Pomeranians were comfortable. Looking forward to a possible follow up visit in summer. "
