Upstairs (attic): - entrance into the living room (95cm TV) which also serves as a bedroom: sleeping is provided in a comfortable convertible sofa 160x190cm (Dunlopillo mattress), - kitchen with dining area (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher for 4 place settings, single sink, 4-burner gas cooker), - bathroom with toilet sanibroyeur, No private washing machine but possibility of using the owner's on request. Exterior: Private garden area at the foot of the stairs with garden furniture, barbecue. L'Arbalète is the ideal place to meet farm animals, discover the joys of the great outdoors, or simply to relax. Pleasant setting with lovely view of the Scie valley. A gite for 9 people (G2027: children's gite during school holidays) is located just below the P'tit gite. Non-smoking cottage.
