Gîte adjoining the owners' house located in the heart of the Parc de la Brière, near the marshes, 8 km from St Nazaire and 20 km from La Baule, on the Montoir/St Joachim departmental road (set back from the road).
Another gîte on site (total capacity: 4 people).
Private south-facing terrace (approximately 20 m²) and private parking on the property.
Single storey: living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), shower room/wc and laundry room.
Equipment included: wifi access, complete baby equipment, tumble dryer, freezer.
Included: sheets and towels.
Not included: electricity, electric heating (7.5€/day), end-of-stay cleaning (50€) and tourist tax.
