Welcome to LES GÎTES DES MONTYS!<br><br>You are in the Vendée region.<br>Our holiday rentals are located in the hamlet of LES MONTYS, in the town of Saint-Malô-du-Bois, 20 minutes from Cholet and 5 minutes from Puy du Fou…<br>They’re also just 2 km from the centre of Saint-Mâlo-du-Bois and local shops: bakery, bar-tobacco shop, mini-market…<br><br>The farmhouse, which houses two holiday rentals sleeping 10 and 9, is located in the hamlet of Les Montys, 50 metres from the Petit Monty bed-and-breakfast and in the heart of a working livestock farm.<br>You can enjoy our grounds, which offer direct access to a large green space visible from the cottage, allowing you to keep an eye on your children.<br><br>• 100 m² GARDEN-SIDE COTTAGE (ground floor, ground floor)<br>It features a large living area (40 m²) with a modern, fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker…<br>The living area opens directly onto an outdoor space with patio furniture, lounge chairs, a parasol, and a barbecue—perfect for enjoying your holiday!<br>Upstairs, there are 3 separate bedrooms:<br>- 1 bedroom with 1 180-<br> bed - 1 bedroom with 4 90-<br> beds - 1 bedroom with 1 140-<br>bed and 1 90- bed - 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.<br>A travel cot is available; it is not included in the occupancy limit.<br><br>250 € per night per cottage (the rate is discounted starting on the 4th night).<br>Tourist tax not included: 1 € per day per person over 18 years old.<br><br>Minimum 2-night stay, except during the off-season.<br>Reservations can be made online, by phone, or by email at<br><br>Ideal for hosting families, friends, groups, seminars… when booking both of our cottages. And even more! Combined, the guest rooms and holiday rentals can accommodate up to 35 people.<br><br>Tea towels and dishwasher tablets are available in the kitchen.<br>Not included in the rental: bed linens and bath towels.<br>For your information and to help you plan for your bedding: mattress sizes are standard—90x190 for single beds and 160x190 for double beds.
