Idéal pour visiter Saint Malo.

Appartement propre et idéalement placé. Propriétaire et hôte d'accueil au petit soin pour que nous puissions passer un magnifique séjour. Et merci pour les très bonnes galettes bretonnes et le cidre.

Chouette séjour

Sejour sympathique , avec nos amis résidents à Saint Servan. Donc implantation très pratique pour les rejoindre et pratique pour visiter les environs. Proche arrêt de bus . Proche St Malo intra-muros. Appartement agréable, propre et decorer avec goût Antoine est chaleureux, bienveillant et serviable. Dominique et Richard

Du très bon temps à Saint-Servan-sur-mer

Rien à redire sur le logement. Tout y était. Les voisins (dans l'immeuble) sont aussi fort sympathiques. Mon fils de 17 ans en particulier en garde un vif souvenir, lui qui a conclu que c'est exactement ce genre de logement qu'il veut lorsqu'il quittera le nid à Montréal. Un merci tout particulier à Antoine qui s'est montré disponible en tout temps, à toute demande.

Urlaub in St. Malo

Nous avons passé 10jours fantastiques à St. Malo. L'appart à St. Servan etait à 5min à pied des intramurros de St. Malo, et à 10 min du bus 1 de la gare de STM. L'appart. est simple mais super confortable. Antoine, le concièrge etait à nos petits soins. Ce qui m'a manqué c'est la maschine à laver et le fer à repasser. Nous reviendrions à 100% dans cet appart.

Appartement très bien situé, bien agencé et propre.

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement localisé dans le centre de Saint Servan et à 10 minutes à pied de la plage. Le service de conciergerie est très efficace et attentionné. Literie de très bonne qualité.
