Appartement qui pourrait être une pépite. Seulement beaucoup de choses à rafraîchir, également manque de petites installations de base. (Porte serviette cassée posée au sol dans cabinet de toilette, porte de douche HS dans SDB,évacuation bouchée , miroir de la porte d’entrée déposer dans le placard…)

Empfehlung, gerne wieder

Geräumig, gut ausgestattet, direkt gegenüber vom Strand. Mit geputzten Fenstern wäre der Blick zum Meer besser. Ruhige Wohngegend, trotzdem zentral gelegen. Bäckerei und Geschäfte sowie die Innenstadt von Saint Malo sind gut zu erreichen. Unkomplizierte, mehrspachiges Personal von Interhome im Büro in der Innenstadt.

Sensationeller Blick aufs Meer

Von Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Einen Punkt Abzug wegen einiger Kleinigkeiten: Kühlschranktür schließt schlecht und der Griff wird vermutlich bald abreißen, Befestigung des Duschkopfs ist defekt, Abfluss funktioniert nicht einwandfrei,... dennoch haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bonjour,Madame Monsieur, Horrible cette location pourtant bien située et et propre car les toilettes Ne fonctionnaient pas la chasse d eau était cassée. Le responsable est intervenu et cela a fonctionné 10 secondes ensuite Pour remplissions des seaux d eaux pour éliminer urines et autres déchets C est totalement inadmissible et scandaleux !!!!!!!! De plus le chauffage de la salle de bains ne fonctionne pas Le frigo de la cuisine meme a 1 congelé tout ce qui est a l’ intérieur

Très belle vue sur la mer voire exceptionnelle, Appartement rustique qui mériterait une bonne rénovation moderne pour s’harmoniser avec cette vue sur la mer… Il manque toutefois certaines choses essentielles, évacuation de la douche par exemple qui est bien difficile ou encore plus basique une pelle pour ramasser les déchets lorsque l’on passe un coup de balai dans l’appartement …

Propreté et salle de bain à revoir

Malgré une situation idéale et une belle vue sur mer, notre séjour a été entaché par une évacuation de douche défectueuse : arrêt de l'eau toutes les trois minutes afin d'éviter un dégât des eaux. Situation signalée à l'agence le 31 au matin : passage d'une personne qui a versé un produit dans le siphon : aucun effet. Nous avons passé tout notre séjour dans ces conditions !!! Les carreaux de l'ensemble de l'appartement sont sales, nous empêchant de profiter pleinement de la vue sur mer.

Bonne situation mais appartement un peu "vieux" avec porte douche déboitée, placards qui ne donnent pas envie de mettre son linge et carreaux très sales !! On a payé pour un accès internet mais la connexion était très mauvaise.

Très bel appartement avec une vue superbe sur la mer. A part quelques détails à améliorer l'appartement est très agréable. La porte d'entrée qu'on pourrait enfoncer d'un seul coup de pied ne donne pas un sentiment de sécurité pour les affaires qu'on laisse à l'intérieur.. La salle de bain est mal éclairée.. La chasse d'eau des toilettes pas adaptée pour une famille.. à réparer. Des ustensiles pour les fruits de mer (pince à crustacés, curettes etc) ça serait sympa en bord de mer..

Vacances à St Malo

Pour la 3ème fois, avons apprécié ce vaste appartement « les pieds dans l’eau » et sa vue panoramique sur la mer et la plage. Quelques réserves concernant la propreté du logement ... Nous avons trouvé : - des poussières sous les lits Nous avons regretté : - les carreaux ( des fenêtres et balcons ) maculés de poussières et de déjections de mouettes. alors qu’un forfait ménage de 20€/pers se devrait de garantir la propreté absolue .
