Hostin'Malo 3G - Duplex T4 75m² neuf au cœur de Saint Malo
Hostin'Malo is a small residence ideally located in the heart of Saint-Malo, just a few minutes from the Intramuros ramparts (1.4 km), the famous Sillon beach (700m), and the Saint-Malo train station (400m). For a few days, a few weeks or even several months, come and enjoy Saint-Malo with Hostin'Malo 3G !
Built in the 1930s, the building was completely renovated between 2019 and 2021 and now comprises 6 very comfortable apartments, from T2 to T4. The owners used noble, environmentally-friendly materials, and paid particular attention to heat and sound insulation. The character of the old building has been preserved, but all the apartments have been extensively renovated. As a result, each apartment has become a haven of peace, perfectly furnished and equipped for visitors who choose to put down their suitcases here. On-site laundry facilities include a shared washing machine and tumble dryer. There is no car parking, but there is public pay parking on the street and free public parking 500m away. Bicycles can be parked in the building's private courtyard (please bring your own bike lock).
Hostin'Malo 3G is an adorable flat of around 75 m², fully renovated, bright, quiet and very clean, located on the 3ᵉ floor (no lift). It offers three independent bedrooms, one of which is a duplex, featuring high-quality bedding (size 160x200), storage and their own shower rooms. A beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle...) gives you complete independence. The kitchen opens onto a dining area and a living room with TV. Attractively decorated and very well-equipped, with plenty of light thanks to its double exposure, it can comfortably accommodate 1 to 4 people. It benefits from excellent soundproofing thanks to new double-glazing.
Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels provided, beds will be made up on arrival, - Free Wifi access (fiber optics). - Shared laundry room in the basement. - The entire residence is non-smoking, including private and communal areas (notably the courtyard). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation or on the premises.r - For the well-being and tranquility of all occupants, we ask you to respect the peace and quiet of the premises. - Autonomous arrival is required with key box on site. - Free parking 500m away. Managed by Agence Cocoonr, whose offices are on the first floor of the residence, our teams will be at your service throughout your stay. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay on the Emerald Coast in the heart of the Cité Corsaire.

The apartment was just like on the pictures and well equipped (we were on the 3rd floor - note, no elevator). The big ""plus"" is of course a bathroom for every sleeping room, this was very much appreciated. The keys and all instructions were given upon our arrival by a very friendly lady. I can recommend this place and would not hesitate to book it myself again."

C'est spacieux, confortable, bien équipé et salle d'eau pour chaque chambre, ce qui est appréciable. C'est lumineux et calme. décoré simplement mais parfaitement adapté à ce type de séjour. Bon emplacement près de la gare et pas loin de la plage et à 20 min à pied de l'intra-muros. Propre et bien entretenu. On espère que cela le restera car cela paraît assez neuf. Tout fonctionnait parfaitement. Nous n'avons pas testé le lave-linge au sous-sol. La distribution des pièces, pièce à vivre avec cuisine et chambres séparés, est très bien, le canapé est confortable et les fauteuils aussi. Confort bien étudié. La dame qui nous a accueillis était très aimable et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 5 nuits dans cet établissement et nous reviendrons avec plaisir."
