The residence is located in ST MALO, on the edge of the Duguay Trouin quay, close to the beach (50m) and the fortified town (200m), at the heart of the activities of the seaside resort. Recent apartment (delivered in February 2014), on the first floor of a luxury residence (elevator) comprising a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with 160x200 bed and a bathroom with shower and Wc.
The accommodation overlooks the interior courtyard of the residence; it has a 12 m² terrace (opposite) and a parking space (no extra charge)
 Ideal for tourist stays (Mont St Michel, Cancale, Dinard, .....) or professionals
Maximum accommodation capacity: Two adults
Free loan of baby equipment (Cot with 10 cm bultex mattress, high chair or booster, changing mat, specific cutlery)
Sheets, towels, charges and tourist taxes are included in the price.

To allow you to join us away from the stress and traffic jams of Saturday, our weekly stays are from Sunday to Sunday

Accepted methods of payment: Bank transfer, bank check, holiday vouchers, cash as well as bank card via the Abritel site

For four years, we have been offering another accommodation on Abritel (Ref 945555). We have designed and developed this accommodation based on our initial experience.

Accueil chaleureux, appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Le parking est appréciable. Emplacement idéal pour flâner en bord de plage, au port et intra-muros, sans prendre la voiture. La côte d'Emeraude est splendide.

Tout est bien

L’appartement récent est bien placé à quelques centaines de mètres de la citadelle de St Malo et à cent mètres de la plage. Sa propriétaire est très avenante. Elle nous accueille avec une bouteille de pétillant de pomme. De plus, le parking au sous-sol est appréciable. Si nous devions revenir à St Malo, nous louerons à nouveau cet appartement dans lequel rien ne manque.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Saint Malo, L'accueil était parfait. L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé, situé idéalement à proximité de l'intra muros et du sillon . Le fait d'avoir une place dans le parking de l'immeuble est un plus. Nous reviendrons.

Magnifique appart

Un logement très agréable pour deux, très propre et super bien placé à 2 pas de la plage du Sillon et 500 m de St Malo intra-muros. Super accueil de Laurence La place de parking couvert est très appréciable.
